Trunnion Mounted Ball Valve

Our Trunnion-Mounted Ball Valve provides absolute zero-leakage isolation, structural stability, and exceptionally low operating torque. Unlike floating designs, the sphere is securely anchored by top and bottom trunnion shafts, allowing spring-loaded, floating seats to dynamically seal against the ball under upstream line pressure. Manufactured to stringent API 6D and ASME B16.34 standards, this valve features double block and bleed (DBB) capabilities, anti-blowout stems, and fire-safe certified sealing systems (API 607).
