Engineered as a highly cost-effective and retrofit-friendly flow measurement solution for large-diameter pipes (DN100 to DN3000+), our Insertion Electromagnetic Flowmeter delivers accurate, obstructionless volumetric flow monitoring of conductive liquids. Operating on Faraday’s Law of Electromagnetic Induction, it measures localized fluid point velocity, converting it into total volumetric flow without introducing moving parts, head loss, or line pressure drops. Featuring an integrated Hot-Tap Online Installation Assembly, the meter probe can be installed, serviced, or recalibrated under full operating pressure via a standard 2" ball valve mechanism—eliminating the need to shut down pumps, drain pipelines, or cut pipes. With versatile base mounting options including Welded Base (Weldolet) for steel lines, Threaded Connection for quick retrofit, and Saddle Clamps for HDPE/PVC pipes, it is the ideal choice for municipal water distribution, cooling water loops, raw water intake, and industrial effluent monitoring.
