Diaphragm Pressure Gauge
Engineered specifically for low-pressure ranges and challenging process media, our Stainless Steel Diaphragm Pressure Gauge utilizes a high-sensitivity, corrugated metallic membrane to deliver accurate, repeatable pressure monitoring where standard Bourdon tubes fail. Operating on the principle of axial membrane displacement, the process pressure exerts force against a heavy-duty AISI 316L or Hastelloy-C diaphragm element. This design inherently resists clogging from viscous media, slurry crystallization, or particulate sedimentation while offering superior overpressure safety margins. Featuring a flanged or open-diaphragm process connection, this gauge eliminates internal dead spaces, enabling seamless CIP (Clean-in-Place) sterilization and making it ideal for sanitary, hygienic, or aggressive chemical loops. The entire assembly is housed within a rugged, corrosion-resistant AISI 304 stainless steel case with optional dampening fluid fills for high-vibration skids. I
