Vortex Flow Meter: Definisi, Fungsi, Jenis dan Spesifikasinya

1. 0 PENGERTIAN

Vortex Flow Meter bekerja berdasarkan prisnip karman yang berputar dihasilakan oleh media yang mengalir dalam pipa. Vortex Flowmeter banyak di gunakan untuk gas, steam, dan aplikasi cair. Vortex Flowmeter ini sangat ideal untuk measuring saturated dan superheated.

1.1 APLIKASI

Vortex Flowmeter ini bisa di gunakan untuk media : saturated steam, superheated steam, compressed air, nitrogen, liquefied gas, carbon dioxide, demineralized water, solvent, heat transfer oil, boiler, feedwater, condensate dan lain-lain.

1.2 FITUR

• Pressure and temp compensation

• 4-20 mA, pulse with HART or pulse with RS485 are selectable

• Temperature range up to highest temperature 350oC

• Japan OVAL technology design

• All Body SS304 ( SS316 Selectable )

Vortex Flowmeter terbagi menjadi dua tipe yaitu Tipe Integral dan Tipe Remote, Di Bawah ini adalah contoh tipe integral ( Compact Type ) dan tipe remote Vortex Flowmeter mempunyai berbagai macan tipe, yaitu :
